Call Pops are the pop-up notifications you'll receive when a call rings to your desk phone or softphone, depending on which device is connected. When a Call Pop comes in, you can click on a user's name to open their profile without answering the call, allowing you to gather prerequisite information, outstanding balances, or appointment information before picking up the phone.
